My Short Biography

I am a member of the Applied Research Group at the Sprint Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL), Burlingame CA, USA. I received the B.S. degree in computer science from Tsinghua University, China in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of California, Davis in 1998 and 2001, respectively. In 2000, I joined Sprint Advanced Technology Laboratories where I have been a principal member of the technical staff.  My research interests include measurement, performance optimization and security in IP networks, WDM networks and wireless networks.
